The Social Panorama is a therapeutic and coaching model created by Lucas Derks, based on NLP and Social and Cognitive Psychology, which analyses how we mentally represent our human relationships. It focuses on the spatial arrangement of these representations (the ‘mental landscape’) and how this affects feelings and behaviours. Main applications: Relationship improvement: transforms emotional, family and professional relationships; Group dynamics: assists in conflicts, leadership and negotiations; Self-image: works on self-esteem and self-knowledge; Organisations: used in organisational change and analysis of social beliefs. It is an effective approach to improving personal and professional interactions.
